Sending Artwork
Please use the link below in order to send me high resolution artwork. The file size shouldn't ideally exceed 2GB, but if it does then please get in contact on steve@steveonline.co.uk and I explain the best way to send the artwork through. When you have the final artwork please send to artwork@steveonline.co.uk
Proofing Process
Once I have received your final artwork it will be sent to the printer to use standard pre-flight checking software. I will then issue you a live proof back for approval. This will be issued back by PDF. Alternative proofing methods are available if required, please indicate additional preference.
Approval process
Any amends will be controlled through annotated PDF's to enable version control and amend tracking.
When all is complete and approved then you will be able to issue a FINAL PROOF APPROVAL and I can then send the job off to print and advise confirmed delivery date.
*Any required deadlines must be communicated up front as this may have a bearing on when the final artwork is required to send to print.
